1. How do you set your rates?

Our affordable rates are based on your location, size of your home, the frequency of cleanings, general cleanliness of the property, and whether or not animals reside on the property. Initial residential cleanings are charged hourly and a discounted flat rate for subsequent visits is dependent on the condition of your property.

2. Do you conduct a background check on employees?

Yes, each employee begins with a lengthy hiring process that begins with face to face interviews and detailed background checks to ensure our client's safety and satisfaction. Our two-person teams typically visit the same properties and quality control checks are regularly completed by management.

3. Are you insured and bonded?

We are licensed and hold the highest levels of bonding and insurance to assure that our clients are well protected.

5. Do you bring equipment and cleaning supplies?

We bring all of our own cleaning supplies and are also happy to work with any special products you provide. For our environmentally conscious clients, we offer our green cleaning products. Please discuss specific requests ahead of time so that we are sure to accommodate your environmental and allergy needs. 

6. Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

We stand by our work and guarantee your satisfaction. If anything related to your Maid at the Beach cleaning service fails to meet your expectations or satisfaction, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning to remedy the situation.

7. How will you gain access to my home?

We can gain access to your home in any way you feel comfortable. Choices include but are not limited to: providing remote access, being home during the cleanings, allowing us to access your home through a keypad, leaving a key under the mat, or providing us with a copy of a key.

8. What should I do with my pet?

We pride ourselves on having an especially pet-friendly staff. Our suggestion is to introduce your pet(s) to our staff at their first visit, or prior to if you won't be home for the first cleaning. Depending on the introduction, you can decide whether it is best to crate the animal or ask the cleaner to leave the animal in a safe spot inside/outside and then let them back in/out before leaving the premises. 

9. What services are included?

Extensive, top to bottom cleaning is included in our routine visits. Our maids are equipped with a detailed checklist according to your properties needs which will be discussed upon your initial cleaning service.
